At the end of December Sonia’s sister, Sylvia and her friend Betty came for a visit from Brakpan. We took a little time away from Hope House to take the ladies to various places of interest in and around Durban, so we like holiday-makers in our home town. Kim Pretorius hosted a dinner evening at her home where she invited 28 couples. Instead of paying for their meal, they were invited to make donations to Hope House and the grand sum of R6700 was raised. Thank you so much to all the friends who were so generous.
The Simply Models modelling school put on a Mr & Miss Dream Teen Modelling competition at Benjamin Pine Primary School to help raise funds for Hope House.
